XTT Basic Features
|
- PC controlled through a high speed (100 Mb/s) serial link.
- Up to
128 k digital patterns of up to 255 loops each can be run over 64
(96) channels at a programmable speed of 244 to 1 million
vectors
per second.
Output levels programmable for groups of eight channels
of consecutive numbers within the range -4.5 V to 12 V with resolution
of 4.8 mV.
Input threshold levels programmable for groups of eight
channels of consecutive numbers within the range -3 V to 10 V with
resolution
of
4.8 mV.
Pattern sequence performance as a whole can be modulated
in eight frames.
- Four outstanding power supplies programmable within the
range -4.5 V to 12 V with resolution of 4.8 mV.
Current limitation
can be programmed within the range ±200 mA
with resolution of 58 µA.
- Two high-voltage power supplies programmable
within the range ±110 V
with resolution of 56 mV.
Two current measurement ranges: ±10 mA with resolution of 1.9 µA,
and ±50 µA with resolution of 8.4 nA.
Current limitation

- Two
high-current supplies programmable within the range ±30 V

- Two high
stability current sources connectable to each channel and programmable
within 3 ranges: ±20 mA, 2 mA, 200 µA with
respective resolutions of 48 µA, 4.8 µA, 480 nA.
Each
channel voltage measurement as well as all other measurements
rely on a 14-bit 128 kSamples/s ADC.
- Data acquisition card providing
two 1 MΩ / 50 Ω inputs, and arbitrary waveform generator output.
Input
ranges: ±100 V, ±20 V, ±10 V and ±2 V
at 1 MΩ, and ±1 V at 50 Ω (direct input) featuring 12-bit resolution
and 128 k sampling memory per input channel.
Output generator range ±10 V
and waveform memory depth of 128 k.
Sampling rate of generation and
acquisition programmable within the range 23 kHz to 40 MHz.
Duty-cycle
programmable 11 kHz to 6 MHz frequency generator with TTL output.
Frequency
/ pulse-width measurement 16-bit counter with programmable reference
frequency (23 kHz .. 12 MHz) and TTL input.
- Eight-bit output
digital bus to loadboard with an outstanding common pin that facilitates
the output levels programming.
- Eight-bit input digital bus from
loadboard with an outstanding common pin that facilitates the input
threshold levels' programming.
- Machine-interface card provides eight
outputs with programmable high-logic levels within the range from
1.25 V to 11.25 V with
resolution of 2.4 mV,
four inputs with programmable threshold levels within the
range from 0 V to 10 V with resolution of 2.4 mV and 4 TTL-compatible
level non-programmable
inputs.
- All Tester resources routed to standard double-eurocard
loadboard slot.
- Graphic User Interface based Integrated
Development Environment under Linux.
