Storage Magazines

The tubes are stored one above the other between two base plates with tube guides attached to them. The length of the tube is adjustable by changing the distance between the base plates. The guiding system allows easy switching from 150 mil to 300-mil tubes.

Shuttle

The shuttle is designed to singulate a tube from the storage magazine, push it to the loading position and in the same time eject the already used tube in the box. The shuttle can be adjusted for different widths of tubes.

Tube Support and Centering Device

When the tube is in loading position it is supported at the right height by a tube support and is centered in front of the input/output track by the vertical clamp, which allows the devices to slide smoothly in/out of the tube. The tube support allows a fine adjustment of the device sliding level for different tube thicknesses.
