Programmable Power Supply Specifications

Overview

The PPS (Programmable Power Source) card holds 2 identical high power multi range 4 quadrant free programmable non-kelvin power supplies.
An XTA system can hold up to 4 of these cards, delivering 8 such power supplies maximally.
A PPS source can be programmed in several current limiting modes.
Apart from the obvious powering of a DUT, this power supply is also build for reliable zener-zapping and/or poly-fusing trough the programmable slew rate control.
The high voltage range covers the bulk of the high voltage requirements with an excellent accuracy. These sources can be connected in parallel to verify if the DUT can switch big loads.
