Legacy Equipment

• XH Handlers
  Gravity fed handlers for SO packaged devices. Handle the devices during soaking, contact test and sorting. Can work as a stand-alone or as a part of an in-line system.
• XT Tube Shuttles
  Shuttles for up to 30 tubes for SO devices. Loads devices in the XH series handlers by feeding the tubes automatically.
• XPS Handlers
  Three-temperature in-line handling systems, reel or ammopack to reel handlers for taped semiconductors especially for 4 pin axial Hall-effect sensor testing. Precise device tracking and sorting.
• XTAP Handler
  Bulk fed handler system for placing devices (especially 4 pin axial Hall sensors) on a cardboard tape.
• XHT Handlers
  SIP handlers for TO-92 3 lead UA and 4 lead VA packaged devices, especially Hall-effect sensors. Fed by a vibration bowl. Handle devices during soaking, testing and sorting. One packer / counter bin with eleven containers and 3 large single container bins.
• XHPS Handler
  Gravity fed handler with wide temperature range control for pressure sensors. Applies test pressure within 0..1 bar. Performs leakage test. Handles the devices during contact test and sorting.
• XHAC Handler
  A handler for automatic loading and unloading of shakers with DIL14 or DIL16 devices. A "shaker" is a machine that subjects the device under test to a lot of G-forces while they are being electrically tested.
• XHORC Handler
  A semi-automatic calibration handler for modules, small printed circuit boards or specific sensors. It consists of an environmental chamber with an automated transport system, and an adapted contact block in a controlled flow system.
